Customised items (like custom name/numbers of non club specific players) are non-exchangeable.

Depending on where you are in the world, and what product you have, and any customisation that comes with it, processing & delivery times can take anywhere from 10-14 days during our busiest periods.

Typically, we aim to dispatch your order within 3-4 working days, and full tracking will be provided to you via our courier partners.
